Withdraw from the contract

Under Articles 52 and following of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers may access their personal "Do It Yourself" area and manage the request independently.
