Access to and use of the www.capricciomilano.it website and the purchase of the products offered imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

These Terms govern the online sale of products offered through the website www.capricciomilano.it .

The contract is concluded with the acceptance of the order by the seller and the relative confirmation sent via email.

3. PRODUCTS

Product features are described in the relevant product sheets.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product due to your devices or display settings.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the sale of a product at any time.

4. PRICES

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Any shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process before confirming the order.

The price applied will be the one displayed at the time the order is sent.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

The following payment methods are accepted:

Payment must be made at the time of ordering.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipments are made to the address indicated by the customer during the order or to a collection point.

The delivery times indicated are estimated and not binding.
Any delays due to force majeure or the courier's responsibility are not attributable to the seller.

Pursuant to Article 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer only when he or she physically takes possession of the goods.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product.

8. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

The warranty lasts 24 months from delivery of the goods.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to repair or replacement of the product free of charge, or to a price reduction or termination of the contract in the cases provided for by law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the site, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and designs, is owned by Tanema Srl or licensed.

Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tanema Srl is not responsible for any disruptions due to force majeure, nor for improper use of the products by the user.

The consumer's rights under the law remain unaffected.

11. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in compliance with current legislation.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For disputes relating to relationships with consumers, the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer will have jurisdiction, pursuant to the Consumer Code.

For relationships with parties who do not qualify as consumers, the Court of Busto Arsizio will have exclusive jurisdiction.
