Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed starting on the next working day.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are 24–72 business hours from shipment, unless otherwise indicated on the product sheet.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination location or any courier delays.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are clearly indicated during the purchase process before confirming the order.
Any free shipping promotions will be specified on the site.
5. COURIERS
Shipments are made via selected national couriers.
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the delivery.
6. RESPONSIBILITY
Pursuant to Article 63 of the Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the latter physically takes possession of the product.
In case of visible damage upon delivery, the customer is invited to immediately report it to the courier and contact customer service.
