1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Articles 52 and following of the Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers may access their personal "Do It Yourself" area and manage the request independently.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication within the deadline indicated above to the email address:

The communication must indicate:

  • Order number

  • Buyer's name and surname

  • Product(s) being returned

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be:

  • Returned intact

  • Not used

  • Complete with any accessories

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Free from damage or signs of wear

Returns of products damaged due to improper use will not be accepted.

3. RETURN POLICY

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and related costs, unless otherwise indicated.

The product must be shipped within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.

4. REFUND

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, and in any case no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

A reduction in the value of the goods may be withheld if the product is handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

5. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized.

6. LEGAL WARRANTY

The consumer's rights under Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code regarding the legal guarantee of conformity lasting 24 months remain unaffected.
